MindLedge is built by Mindledge LLC ("we", "us"), a South Carolina company. This policy describes what we collect and why when you use mindledge.app and the MindLedge desktop application.

What we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Content you create — notes, tasks, and settings, stored locally on your device and synced to our cloud infrastructure.
• Meeting recordings and transcripts — captured only after in-meeting notice to attendees and your explicit per-meeting confirmation. Nothing leaves your device without that attestation.
• Email and calendar data — accessed through Microsoft 365 with your authorization, used to provide triage and scheduling features.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To provide the product: syncing your data across devices, generating summaries and drafts with AI services, and surfacing your commitments. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI processing

Summaries, drafts, and triage are generated by third-party AI providers acting as our processors. Content is sent for processing only as needed to deliver the feature you invoked.

Voice data

Where speaker identification is used, voiceprints are encrypted on your device before syncing. We cannot read them.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. Contact hello@mindledge.app for any privacy request.
