The service

MindLedge is a desktop productivity application provided by Mindledge LLC. These terms govern your use of the app and mindledge.app.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when recording meetings, including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction. MindLedge's built-in notice-and-attestation flow assists with this but does not replace your own legal obligations.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You own the content you create. We claim no rights to it beyond what's needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use MindLedge to record people unlawfully, harass others, or attempt to breach or overload the service.

Disclaimers

MindLedge is provided "as is." AI-generated summaries and drafts can be wrong; review them before relying on or sending them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindledge LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
